Short Animation Film #16 : Oktapodi

Short Animation Film #16 : Oktapodi

Oktapodi is a two minutes short film full of action. It tells us the story of two octopi totally in love and  absolutely inseparable. They are ready for anything in order to stay alive! This hilarious scenario is the base of a animation masterpiece created by six students of the Gobelins (French school) in 2007 : Julien Bocabeille, François-Xavier Chanioux, Olivier Delabarre, Thierry Marchand, Quentin Marmier and Emud Mokhberi. This Short Animation Film is a huge success and he has been nomitated for the Best Animated Short Film at The 2009 Academy Awards. We don’t forget to mention the work of Kenny Wood, the compositor, because the music give rythm to the short film.
